How often will I be billed?
You're billed at the start of each delivery cycle, right before we roast — every week, every two weeks, or monthly, depending on the rhythm you choose. You'll always get an email a couple of days before any charge, so there are no surprises on the ledger.
Can I change which coffee I get?
Absolutely. Swap to any roast in the shop, set up a rotating selection, or let our head roaster surprise you with a fresh block each cycle. Changes you make before your next roast date apply to the very next delivery.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes — traveling, overstocked, or just need a break? Pause any upcoming delivery from your account with a single click and resume whenever you're ready. Your member pricing stays locked in while you're paused.
When does my coffee ship?
We roast to order on your cycle date, seal each bag at peak freshness with the roast date printed on it, and ship within 48 hours. Most members have fresh coffee in hand 2–4 business days later.
How do I cancel?
There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your account in two clicks — no email, no phone call, no hoops. You keep any coffee already roasted and shipped.
