Why we roast it

Decaf has a reputation problem. We fixed it. This single-estate Brazilian Yellow Bourbon is decaffeinated with the chemical-free Swiss Water Process, which strips the caffeine while leaving the sweetness fully intact — milk chocolate, toasted almond and caramel, with a body no one would guess is decaf. Brew it at 9pm and still sleep like the market's closed. Diamond hands, decaffeinated.
