The story

Why we roast it

The first block in our ledger and still the one we are proudest of. Grown above 1,950 metres in the birthplace of coffee and washed at the height of the harvest, this Yirgacheffe is the definition of clarity — tea-like, floral, and so clean it almost shimmers. We roast it light to let the origin speak for itself. Mine it slowly, with a pour over and a quiet morning.
