The story

Why we roast it

Every great network needs a reliable base layer. Proof of Roast is ours: a washed Huila Colombian sourced from a collective of smallholders who pick only the ripest cherries. We roast it to the exact point where acidity and sweetness reach consensus — bright enough to keep things interesting, round enough to drink all day. It is the cup we benchmark every other roast against.
